Heartfelt greeting to all of you! The words of Pope Francis resonate with me and since he speaks from the bottom of my heart, I would like to share his words with you at the beginning of the New Year 2021.
“We’re starting the New Year. Perhaps we enter it with fear of what it will bring: how the situation will develop in the world, in our country, in the place where we live, in our families, in our personal lives.
Let us not be paralyzed by these fears. God has promised us His affection: He blesses us—He energizes us with His life-giving power, He protects us—He focuses His attention on us, He illuminates His face to us—He accepts us for who we are, He is merciful to us—He forgives us with His mercy, He turns His face to us—He does not leave us alone. He gives us peace – He relieves us of tension and reconciles in us what is humanly irreconcilable, He helps us to heal our relationships with other people and our relationship with Him. Let us begin the New Year with the hope that in all that awaits us, both joyful and difficult, God will be with us. At the beginning of the New Year, I wish all of you peace and all that is good!” Pope Francis
I, too, wish you, your families, and friends as peaceful a year as possible, filled with Love and the knowledge that the Lord God is with us and that He is constantly blessing us. I look forward to seeing you in 2021… – Yours, Fr. Libor
